Hi everyone! My name is Lexi Jayne, and I am the owner of Jitters by Jayne. My first job was at a small coffee shop in my hometown, where I discovered how much I love making coffee and connecting with people in the community. When I moved to Boise at 18 to attend BSU, I had no idea how quickly Boise would steal my heart. I knew I wanted to stay, plant roots, and dive headfirst into my passion... COFFEE! That meant stepping away from school, working my butt off (& saving every penny) to make my dream of opening my own shop a reality.​

Jitters By Jayne officially opened its doors in May 2023, with the intentions of bringing people together over a shared love of coffee and community. At the age of 20, those dreams came true, and with your amazing support, it has turned into so much more. From the bottom of my heart, thank you SO much Boise.
